Our founding partners, Glenn Fahl and Kelly Donaldson, believe in and support a true work life balance for all our employees.   They value hard work and dedication, and they also respect their employees’ need for time away from work responsibilities.

On our team we have gardeners, parents and grandparents, faith-based and community volunteers, and even a motor cross enthusiast.   We encourage our team to devote time to family, hobbies, pro bono services, volunteer activities, and whatever it is that brings joy and purpose to their lives.
