Gerald L. Wallace

Gerald has a work ethic which has been demonstrated consistently over the years. He gained his work ethic by growing up on a working farm in Mississippi. Gerald continues to demonstrate his tireless work ethic by his dedication to preparation to achieve successful outcomes for his clients and client satisfaction in his daily practice of law.

Gerald worked full time while obtaining his undergraduate degree in Finance from Mississippi State University. He began his working carrier in the technology and computer world, after receiving his undergraduate degree. Seeking new opportunities, Gerald went to South Texas College of Law at night, while again working full time to support his wife and growing family. Gerald received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in July 1994, and was licensed to practice law in July 1995.

After being licensed to practice law, Gerald stayed in the technology and computer world until 2002, when he began practicing law as a solo practitioner with a general law practice. However, in 2003 Gerald shifted to civil litigation, when he first began working with Glenn Fahl primarily in defense litigation and has now been practicing civil litigation for more than 21 years. During his civil litigation practice, Gerald has handled all aspects of a litigation practice from initial client contact, case development through the discovery process and through trial (both first chair and second chair), consistently achieving successful results for his clients. Gerald has extensive experience in preparing and presenting his clients for depositions and in conducting depositions of parties, physicians, and experts. Gerald also has training as a mediator and in negotiations, which has been beneficial in reaching successful settlements in many cases.
